How much is Delivery?

UK postage- £4.60
EU postage- £7.60
International Postage- £14.60

Please select option at checkout when it shows delivery cost. It should be automatically set to your delivery address but sometimes systems can fail us and we have to return to entering the postage manually.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to post your item within 3 working days by Royal Mail first class signed for. If your order is taking longer than a week to arrive please contact us and we can find out where your item may be. For EU and international orders please allow longer for customs.

Please do Contact Us if you have not received an item.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns and will allow you to send your item back in it’s original condition and original packaging. We can then exchange the item or give a full refund on the cost of the item.

We do hope you love your knitwear as much as we do so will not need to use this service, but if you do then please send us a message to let us know you are returning your item. You can do that here.

If returning your item, it must be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).

Please send your item insured for the amount it is worth. Ted & Bessie are not responsible for lost items and must be returned within the above days to receive full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, we suggest you send recorded for security reasons.

Once we receive your item, refund will be sent and can take up to 7 days to process.

What if my item is damaged?

These things can happen and we will replace your item if it arrives to you damaged.

Please send your item insured for the amount it is worth as soon as you receive the damaged goods, we suggest you send recorded for security reasons. We will then send you a new item and refund you for the postage to return to us.

To return a damaged item please contact us first. If you can take an image of the damage before you send, even better!
